Our mission is to inspire and equip leaders to be better and do better. This hands-on experience provides participants an in-depth look at key issues in our community such as government, education, economic development, nonprofits, healthcare and others. Armed with new knowledge, connections, and perspectives, our participants are prepared to take their places as effective community leaders. Our flagship program is designed to provide:
