To be a great leader for others, you must be a great leader for yourself. The Ignite Louisville program is designed for up-and-coming leaders, ready to make the next move in their personal and professional lives. Participants in this 6-month cohort will forge deep connections with like-minded high-performers while learning practical and valuable leadership skills that can be applied immediately in their careers. This hands-on experience will provide best practices in teamwork, innovation, creative thinking, project management, effective communication, personal branding, and DE&I, all while connecting with some of the most successful leaders in the region.

Our mission is to inspire and equip leaders to be better and do better – and Ignite Louisville is the perfect place to start. This interactive program provides a unique learning experience, applying real-world leadership skills through the Ignite Louisville Challenge. Participants will be part of a carefully crafted team to work with a local nonprofit on a strategic issue. The experience guides team members to build deep relationships with peers while gaining experience in community leadership, board involvement, and teamwork.
